Season 1, Episode 1

Crazy Ten Minute Sale

Alex uses a spell to create her image to place in class while she skips wizard training to attend the Crazy 10 Minute Sale in order to buy the cool jacket that her rival Gigi is after. Meanwhile, Max has just received his new wand and inadvertently manipulates Alex's actions through her 3-D image prompting her to make a fool of herself at the sale.

First Kiss

Alex uses wizardry to reverse the hands of time in order to spare Justin the embarrassing incidents leading up to his first kiss. Meanwhile, Jerry and Theresa try to recreate Max's specialty sandwich To the Max which is under consideration to become the official sandwich of the New York Mets.

Season 1, Episode 3

I Almost Drowned In a Chocolate Fountain

When Alex learns that there s a magical resource to get information about any subject in the form of a pocket elf, she secretly uses one to pass a Spanish exam. Having passed the exam, Alex is allowed to go on a group date with her crush, Riley, however, Justin and Max have decided to seek revenge on their sister by causing the pocket elf to become rabid from eating chocolate and ruin her date.

Season 1, Episode 4

New Employee

When Harper is hired on at Waverly Sub Station Alex uses a spell to help her overcome her clumsiness. Jerry and Theresa recognize Harper's awesome ability to carry ten plates at a time, etc and make her Alex's new boss prompting friction between the two friends and Alex's realization that her misuse of magic worked against her. Justin sets up a tutorial program in the Sub Station and is threatened by the local Wiz Kid whose business he's stealing.

Season 1, Episode 5

Disenchanted Evening

Alex, Justin and Max learn that there's another kid wizard in their midst, TJ Taylor, who is allowed to use his magic whenever he wants. Alex tries to convince Jerry that he's too strict with his rules on magic but after TJ's mischievous use of magic places everyone in jeopardy, Alex appreciates that her dad has set boundaries after all.

Season 1, Episode 6

You Can't Always Get What You Carpet

Alex learns to fly the family's magic carpet after discovering that Dad has already previously taught Justin. After the two get in a big fight, Justin helps to repair things by secretly teaching his sister how to drive safely and Jerry finally recognizes that Daddy's little girl is growing up.

Season 1, Episode 7 

Alex's Choice 

Alex and Harper have a falling out when Harper accepts an invitation to mean girl, Gigi s annual tea party. When Alex discovers that Gigi invited Harper with the intention of embarrassing her, she decides to go to the tea herself and uses magic to teach Gigi a lesson in embarrassment. Justin and Max get into magical mischief by sending a phony help message in wizard mail. 

Season 1, Episode 8

Curb Your Dragon

Alex buys Justin a pet beagle that's really a magical dragon, to replace his dog that she accidentally lost years ago. However, when Theresa insists that Alex post signs for a lost dog, the kids' are shocked when someone comes and claims it. When their magical dragon accidentally winds up in a local dog show the kids must find a way to get it back without revealing the family secret.

Season 1, Episode 9

Movies

When Alex attempts to hang out with Justin's older group of friends to see an R-rated movie, Justin tells her that she can't go in and should wait with him in the arcade area until the movie is over. Ignoring her brother's advice, Alex transports herself into the theater and winds up on the big screen in the movie! Justin uses magic to join his sister to fight off the scary villain.

Season 1, Episode 10

Pop Me and We Both Go Down

When Alex performs a spell in an attempt to vanish Justin's new zit she instead brings it to life and Justin is stuck with it just before attending the school dance. At first the zit proves to be helpful by serving in a Cyrano capacity as Justin tries to impress his date Miranda but when it begins to insult people, Alex arrives in time to turn it back into a plain old zit on Justin's forehead.

Season 1, Episode 11

Potion Commotion

When Alex uses an emotion potion to get a boy to like her, she accidentally takes the entire dose herself which results in her falling in love with herself. Justin tries to prevent her from bragging about her perfection in order to stop her head from growing too big, literally. Meanwhile, Max wakes up and discovers his powers.

Justin's Little Sister

Frustrated with the constant comparison to her big brother, Alex uses a magical genie to wish that Justin would be forgotten. But when the genie goes too far and makes Justin completely disappear, Alex must figure out a way to get him back.

Season 1, Episode 13

Wizard School, Pt. 1

Justin and Alex go to Wizard's School where Justin quickly rises in the ranks of popularity due to his disciplined wizardry and Alex is looked upon as a bit of an outcast due to her non-chalant approach to magic. Max convinces Jerry to have a long overdue sleep over on their terrace where the two rough it until Theresa coaxes them inside.

Season 1, Episode 14

Wizard School, Pt. 2

When Alex gets wind of an evil professor's plan to rob Justin of his wizard powers during the annual pongitch tournament, she puts her magic to good use to expose him and spare her brother from harm. Max goes head to head with a local merchant who's trying to dissuade business by dressing up as a sandwich to promote the shop.

Season 1, Episode 15

The Supernatural

In an attempt to impress a girl, Justin uses a spell to magically move objects and becomes the star pitcher on his baseball team. Alex learns this and uses it as an opportunity to claim to be the catcher's good luck charm. When Dad realizes the truth and forces Justin to learn his lesson by getting clobbered with his mortal pitching, Alex uses magic to make the ball harder to hit.

Season 1, Episode 16

Alex In the Middle

When Jerry's fun loving wizard brother pays a visit, Alex vies to have him become her wizard trainer in lieu of her by the book dad. But after one too many magical mishaps, Alex learns to appreciate her dad's wizardry expertise and ultimately, the kids discover that their father actually gave up his powers in order to marry their non magical mother.

Season 1, Episode 17

Report Card

After failing to successfully hide her Wizard report card from her parents, Alex panics and accidentally turns them into guinea pigs. When Justin and Max inadvertently let them loose, the three must team up to find their parents and return them to their human form. Amid the chaos, Professor Crumbs of Wiz Tech debates on whether or not to permanently remove Alex's powers.

Season 1, Episode 18

Credit Check

Alex takes on an internship with a top Fashion Magazine and decides to put on an outrageous fashion show featuring Harper s bizarre wear to teach her boss a lesson for taking credit for her ideas. Jerry and Theresa hire a new girl, Millie, at the Sub Station that Justin immediately falls in crush with so Max tries to help.

Season 1, Episode 19

Alex's Spring Fling

In an attempt to make Riley jealous, Alex uses a spell to bring a mannequin to life and must enlist Justin's help after it falls in love with her and can not be transformed back.

Season 1, Episode 20

Quinceanera

It's a magical Freaky Friday when Alex switches places with her mother to allow her to experience the thrills of the Quinceanera that she never had.

Art Museum Piece

When Alex decides to take a short cut on her Art History assignment, she brings historical masterpieces to life in order to answer the questions on her worksheet correctly.

Season 2, Episode 1

Smarty Pants

When Alex winds up on Harper's team for the annual 'Quiz Bowl' she uses wizard 'smarty pants' to help the team to victory. But her plan backfires when she outshines Harper who ultimately quits her own team.

Season 2, Episode 2

Beware Wolf

Alex is wary when Justin meets and falls for a girl named Isabella! Her suspicions prove to be right when Isabella turns out to be a werewolf and she turns Justin into one as a result.

Season 2, Episode 3

Graphic Novel

When Justin and Max get a hold of Alex's secret journal and take it to school it is confiscated by none other than Alex's arch nemesis Gigi. In a panic, the boys do a spell that accidentally places Gigi in the book.

Season 2, Episode 4

Racing

Alex has a crush on a gear head type guy named Dean and plots to gain his interest by asking Jerry if he can fix up his old junky car. Dean not only fixes the car but enters it in an upcoming race.

Season 2, Episode 5

Alex's Brother, Maximan

Jerry is disappointed when he discovers that the kids have failed to work together on their group magic project. So, he devises a plan that leads Max to solve a crime as his own superhero, Maximan which forces Alex and Justin to help!

Saving Wiz-Tech, Pt. 1

When Wiz Tech is temporarily closed students and faculty are housed with families in the real world. The Russo's host Professor Crumbs and Ronald a boy who takes a liking to Alex - who decides to join Ronald back at Wiz Tech when it reopens.

Saving Wiz-Tech, Pt. 2

Alex is dumped by Ronald after enrolling in Wiz Tech to spend more time with him. She later teams up with Hugh Normous to expose Ronald's dad and Trumpet Industries of orchestrating a shady deal as the new corporate sponsor of Wiz Tech.

Season 2, Episode 8

Harper Knows

Alex tries to avoid running into Harper at the annual comic book convention in order to protect her wizard secret but winds up revealing the truth after Harper takes a spin in Alex's power laden Battle Diva costume.

Season 2, Episode 9

Taxi Dance

When the cab that Alex was born in, Cab number 804 is retired, she charms it back to life in order to continue to cherish its memories.

Season 2, Episode 10

Baby Cupid

Jerry and Theresa's anniversary plans are ruined over a fight about magic which prompts Alex to summon Cupid.

Season 2, Episode 11

Make It Happen

Mr. Stuffleby, a wizard guidance counselor, informs the kids that they must have a viable profession to fall back on in the event that they don't become wizards.

Season 2, Episode 12

Fairy Tale

In the school's production of Peter Pan, Alex is hired to understudy Harper who is playing Tinkerbell. When Harper suffers an injury, Alex has to play the part but opts to hire a fairy from the fairy world instead.

Season 2, Episode 13

Fashion Week

It's Fashion Week in NYC and Harper has landed a job with a designer known for presenting a one of a kind at his show. When Harper brings the one of a kind dress to Alex for safe keeping but it accidentally gets ruined when Alex tries it on.

Season 2, Episode 14

Helping Hand

When Justin invents a helping hand to assist elderly wizards, Alex takes advantage of it and has it perform all of her household chores.

Season 2, Episode 15

Art Teacher

Alex bonds with her art teacher, Ms. Fields and learns that she is really a 15 year old girl who has been cursed following a bad break up with her wizard boyfriend, TJ.

Season 2, Episode 16

Future Harper

When the Russo kids discover that their lives are being exposed in the form of novels written by popular author H.J. Darling, they travel through the Inter-Wizard People Porter to confront her. They learn that Ms. Darling is Harper from the future!

Season 2, Episode 17

Alex Does Good

When Alex takes the time to help out an elderly friend on her own, it causes her to constantly be tardy to school. Mr. Laritate decides to teach her a lesson by placing her in the Sunshine Club to get credit for helping others.

Season 2, Episode 18

Hugh's Not Normous

Hugh runs away from home and lands at the Russo's after discovering that not only is he not a giant, but he is also adopted.

Season 2, Episode 19

Don't Rain On Justin's Parade - Earth

When the Russo kids select mentors at Tribeca Prep's annual career day Justin picks the local weatherman, Max picks a singing cop and when she's caught trying to sneak out - Alex abruptly picks Mr. Laritate.

Season 2, Episode 20

Family Game Night

Alex swaps brains with Harper in order to pass an exam but then her magic fails her and they are unable to swap back. And, it causes chaos during the Russo Family Game Night when a girl who's smitten with Justin won't back down.

Season 2, Episode 21

Justin's New Girlfriend

When Justin and Harper bond over their mutual love for Silent Movies, Alex begins to tease them and proclaims that the two are now dating.

Season 2, Episode 22

My Tutor, Tutor

When Max gets a wizard tutor, Alex and Justin fight over spending time with her. When they discover that she will depart after Max passes his wizard test, they sabotage his study efforts.

Season 2, Episode 23

Paint By Committee

Alex is selected to paint the school's new wall mural but becomes frustrated when she is asked to incorporate the committee's ideas instead of sticking to her own.

Season 2, Episode 24

Wizard for a Day

When Justin gives Jerry a magical pencil holder that always keeps pencils sharp for his birthday, Alex tops him by giving Jerry magic for a day.

Cast-Away (To the Other Show)

When Justin wins a Teen Cruise to Hawaii aboard the S.S. Tipton, he arrives and is immediately smitten with London. Meanwhile, Alex has snuck Harper on board to take her make-up science class, and Max turns everything into a competition with Zack.

Season 2, Episode 26

Wizards vs. Vampires On Waverly Place

When a vampire family opens a deli down the street, the Russo's must find a way to stifle the competition as well as Justin's romance with their daughter. Meanwhile, Alex attempts to send Max away to an underwater sea camp for the summer.

Season 2, Episode 27

Wizards vs. Vampires: Tasty Bites

When Justin's new vampire girlfriend gets the Russo's to change their eating habits to be more on the healthy side, Alex is convinced that it's a ploy to get Justin healthy so she can suck his blood.

Season 2, Episode 28

Wizards vs. Vampires: Dream Date

Since Dean has moved away, Alex has been using magic to enter his dreams and continue to date him. Meanwhile, Justin decides to go with Juliet on her family's camping trip.

Season 2, Episode 29

Wizards & Vampires vs. Zombies

Justin convinces Juliet that if she goes with him to the prom it will be the best night ever. Meanwhile, Alex opts to plan an anti-prom with a Zombie theme unaware that Zombies from the Wizard world will attend.

Season 2, Episode 30

Retest

Alex, Justin and Max get a first hand look at how the wizard competition could possibly tear their family apart when Jerry's brother and sister return in order to take a retest to determine who really won the contest.

Franken-Girl

Justin builds a girl Frankenstein to guard his room against Alex. When Alex defeats her, Justin casts a spell making Frankengirl Alex's new BFF.

Season 3, Episode 2

Halloween

When the Russo's are at risk of the Sub Station losing its status as the official haunted house on Waverly Place, they decide to tap into the Wizard World and hire some real ghosts to spook people.

Season 3, Episode 3

Monster Hunter

When Justin completes his primary courses for his Wizard Training, he is rewarded with an independent studies class on Monster Hunting. In an effort to catch up to Justin, Alex enlists Harper's help to study.

Season 3, Episode 4

Three Monsters 

When Justin inadvertently sets the Monster Hunter Council on the Van Heusen's trail, he and his siblings must figure out how to prevent Juliet and her family from being captured. 

Season 3, Episode 5

Night At the Lazerama 

After a dangerous Mummy elimates all the other hunters, Justin is elevated to full Monster Hunter status. 

Season 3, Episode 6

Doll House 

Alex turns the basement into an art studio but must make room for Harper who is moving in with the Russo's.

Marathoner Helper 

Harper's training regimen for the marathon starts to drive Alex crazy, so she uses magic to ensure that Harper will win the race. When Harper learns the truth, she discovers that Alex has helped her win with magic all of her life.

Alex Charms a Boy 

When Alex meets a new art student in school, she is very smitten with him but hates his artwork. So she casts a spell to become his muse resulting in him developing an obsession with Alex and painting her portrait everywhere. 

Season 3, Episode 9

Wizards vs. Werewolves

Alex has fallen in love with Mason but finds his actions to be mysterious. When she and Harper follow him one night, they discover his secret.

Season 3, Episode 10

Positive Alex

Alex wants to go to the homecoming dance with the leader of the pep band. So, when she discovers that he thinks she's too negative, she casts a positivity spell on herself.

Season 3, Episode 11

Detention Election

Justin lands in detention after being accused of committing a campaign prank. While there, he and Alex meet new girl, Stevie, who admits that she pulled the prank in order to befriend them both and gain Justin votes from the detention delinquents.

Season 3, Episode 12

Dude Looks Like Shakira

The Russo kids discover that Uncle Kelbo is in fact Shakira! Kelbo has been using a transformation spell to create the international star but when a germ runs rampant in the Wizard World, Kelbo contracts it and can no longer control his transformations.

Season 3, Episode 14

Third Wheel

Alex learns that Stevie is a Wizard and the two begin to spend a lot of time doing things together in the Wizard World. When Harper is left out and left behind, she must construct the school's homecoming float on her own.

When Mr. Laritate quits his job at Tribeca Prep, Alex and Justin use a spell to take him back to the Old West to remind him that he can use the same western ways as a sheriff dealing with outlaws to discipline students like Alex.

When Alex designs her own t-shirts complete with a cool logo, every kid at Tribeca Prep has to have one. So, Justin decides that Alex should donate part of the proceeds to a school fund.

Season 3, Episode 18

Dad's Buggin' Out

When Alex's absentmindedness accidentally turns Jerry into a cockroach, she must figure out a way to salvage Justin's big awards banquet that her father was scheduled to cook for.

Season 3, Episode 19

Max's Secret Girlfriend
When Max has Alex and Justin pose as his parents to try to impress his new girlfriend, Jerry and Theresa encourage him to consider honesty as the best policy. Max takes this to heart and reveals that they are wizards!

Alex Russo Matchmaker 
Alex decides to set Harper up with Justin’s best friend Zeke, but when she doesn’t think the relationship is going the way she believes it should, she casts a Sparks Spell on Harper and Zeke. Meanwhile, Justin prepares his project for the science fair.

Season 3, Episode 21
Delinquent Justin
As Justin prepares to graduate from high school, Alex reveals she created a duplicate Justin who has been attending college for the past four years. After Alex’s attempt at reversing the spell only merges the two Justin’s together, she scrambles to get Justin back to normal before his graduation speech.

Season 3, Episode 23
Captain Jim Bob Sherwood
Justin is thrilled to learn he has been selected to write an issue of the Captain Jim Bob Sherwood comic, but quickly loses enthusiasm after he discovers Alex has been selected to illustrate it. Forced to work together, the two can’t agree on what the comic should be about, so Alex uses magic to bring Captain Jim Bob Sherwood to life.


Season 3, Episode 24
Wizards vs. Finkles
Alex joins Harper’s parent’s vaudevillian act after deciding they are more fun than her own parents, but when she realizes the Finkles are all work and no play, she quickly comes up with a plan to get her kicked out of their performing group.
